This policy describes how JAY GPT PRO LLC ("we", "us") handles your personal information when you purchase or participate in The Wonka Creative Bootcamp (the "Program").
We use your information to deliver the Program: portal access, support, Program emails (day unlocks, bootcamp logistics), and refund handling. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Program videos display a rotating watermark of the viewing account's email address. This is an anti-piracy measure; it means your email is visible on your own screen while you watch.
We use a small set of processors to run the Program, each receiving only what it needs: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and progress data), Google (sign-in), Vimeo (video hosting), our email delivery provider (Program emails), and WhatsApp (optional community, only if you join). Your own use of Claude, OpenAI, and Genrupt in the Program happens on your accounts, under their privacy policies, and is not visible to us.
We keep your data for as long as you have Program access, plus what bookkeeping law requires. You can ask us at any time to correct your data, export it, or delete what we are not legally required to keep. Email info@jaygptpro.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
The sales page and portal use only what is needed to function (session state, sign-in). We do not run advertising trackers on the portal.
