Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in The Wonka Creative Bootcamp (the "Program"), operated by JAY GPT PRO LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"). By purchasing the Program you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Program is

The Program is an online educational bootcamp for Amazon sellers, delivered over 10 days. It includes video lessons, written guides, and a downloadable software kit (the "Starter Kit") that you run on your own computer with your own accounts. It also includes email support, access to a group chat and group Q&A calls, one call with an expert from our team, and usage credits for a third-party image tool, as set out below.

The ten days are not consecutive. For the September 2026 bootcamp they are September 1 to 4, September 8 to 10, and September 15 to 17, 2026. Each day opens at 9:00 AM New York time and stays open from then on.

2. Tiers and access

Access to video lessons and the Starter Kit does not expire. Community and direct-access components are time-limited as stated above. Program seats are limited.

3. Refunds

The Program starts on September 1, 2026. Purchases made on or after that date are final and carry no cancellation window, because the Program is running and its materials are released from the first day.

The window described below applies only to purchases made before the Program start date. It continues to apply to those purchases.

The 48-hour change-your-mind window, for purchases made before the Program started.

You may cancel for any reason within 48 hours of your purchase, which is the same moment as your registration, and receive a full refund of the Program price, no questions asked, provided the Program has not yet started. Once the Program start date has passed, this window is closed even if fewer than 48 hours have elapsed since your purchase.

To cancel under that window, email info@jaygptpro.com from the email address used at purchase, within the window described above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Outside this window, all sales are final and no refunds are given, in whole or in part, including for unused community time, unused tool credits, or non-participation.

We make no guarantee of business results. We do not promise, and expressly disclaim, any specific sales, click-through, conversion, or revenue outcome. Results vary by product and niche. AI image generation does not suit every product; some products render poorly or distort. If you are unsure whether your product is a good fit, contact us BEFORE purchasing and we will tell you honestly.

4. Third-party tools and costs

The Program teaches a workflow that uses third-party tools, each governed by its own terms and pricing, and each requiring your own account:

We are not responsible for changes third-party providers make to their products, pricing, or availability.

5. The Tasting Room disclaimer

The "Tasting Room" taught in the Program is a synthetic consumer panel: AI-generated shopper personas conditioned on buyer demographics. Its output is a directional signal and objection-mining tool. It is not a survey of real shoppers, not market research in the formal sense, and not professional, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on it are your own.

6. Intellectual property and license

All Program materials (videos, guides, the Starter Kit, and its skills) are the intellectual property of the Company. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business (including products you manage for clients). You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repackage the materials or the Starter Kit. Team access under The Private Tour extends this license to the named team members only.

The Program's fictional factory persona and theming are original creative work of the Company. The Program is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party, including any film studio or literary estate.

7. Community conduct

Group spaces exist to help participants. Spam, harassment, solicitation, and sharing of Program materials with non-participants are grounds for removal without refund of the community component.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. The Program is provided "as is"; we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version in force when you purchased governs your purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
